I Tag...The boys
Oops. I forgot to tag everyone else. So since Rachel stole one of the only people on my blog, I am going to tag...Geoff, Quinn, Dave(yes dave you have to do this) and Sean!!! Im going to bet that one out of the four responds...lets hope Im wrong! Come on guys you can do it!
Tagged Again!!!
I guess this is the best way to get me to blog! I have been so busy lately that the last thing on my mind is blogging...plus I have nothing interesting to blog about at this time. So here ya go...enjoy learning about me! Can't wait to see you all next week!
20 years ago: I was 4 years old. I really have no idea what I was up to besides driving my siblings up the wall, being toothless with a curly mullet(thanks mom for letting me get that perm!) and putting myself in time out when I did something bad and didn't want to tell mom. I was also busy being dragged from one sporting event to the next, none of which were mine of course!
10 years ago: I was 14 years old. Man this is already making me feel old! 10 years ago my siblings would say I was a absolute brat I am sure. But according to my memory I was a perfect angel. I was busy playing volleyball, basketball and experimenting with Track (the discus). I was the spoiled child who got to go to prom as a freshman in high school, with Sean's permission to attend his senior prom! I was a busy body much like I am today. I enjoyed the lack of responsibility, and the freedom to play non stop.
5 years ago: I was 19 years old. I was going to school at CBC, and finally met the man of my dreams (Quinnie). I was playing volleyball non stop, and having a great time living in a little community of close friends. Our daily routine consisted of school, practice, doing homework by the pool and playing ping pong tournaments all night. Looking back it was some of the best times!
3 years ago: I was the big 21! I had a rather boring 21st birthday especially since it was supposed to be my "Golden" birthday. I was coaching volleyball at Richland and we had a game in Wenatchee, I started my first day at Ben Bridge, I was also cramping(ya know) and we got home at like 11:30. The guy coaches took me out to some crazy trashy bar in Richland were they bought me a margarita and I headed home to go to sleep! Uneventful! Good thing I celebrated early at Geoff and Daniells wedding that summer!
1 year ago: I was just 23 years old. Quinn and I had been living in NC for 2 years. I was coaching middle school volleyball and basketball, taking 18 credits a semester and watching plenty of baseball games.
Yesterday: Now this I remember vividly. I was teaching 4th, 5th and kindergartners. I was observed in my kindergarten class and my supervisor said I did a great job, and he had nothing I could work on! Just what I wanted to hear. Quinn and I got to see each other for a grand total of 1 hour before he had to be on the bus to south Carolina for a baseball game. I played in a intramural volleyball game, we won! Yeah go Johnson Farms! ( I will have to send you all a picture of the t-shirts our team has, they are full blooded red neck). I came home took a shower, went to bed by 10pm...and it felt great!
Today: Oh my, what a day. During my first week student teaching we put on the jump rope for heart event. Well we finally got all the prizes in and handed them out to all the students today. It was a crazy day and one I wish not to repeat. I got home watched Oprah, cause it was the only thing on, and passed out. I washed the dishes and cooked dinner for myself. And I am currently writing this post.
Tomorrow: I think my day will consist of sleeping in, making a healthy breakfast, playing some beach volleyball, writing lesson plans, reading on the porch, and waiting for Quinn to get in so I can pick him up! I am looking forward to relaxing finally.
1 month from now: I hope I will know if I have a job or not. I will have been home for Spring break to see the family. Be almost done with my teaching hours and hopefully enjoying every minute of the day. From past experiences I have learned to enjoy the moment rather than wish for the future.
1 year from now: Oh boy...I bet most of you can guess what I WISH Quinn and I were doing!!!! But I am not forcing that, instead I am enjoying being boyfriend and girlfriend. I have no idea where we will be living, working or doing, literally only God knows what the future holds! Quinn and I would have already driven across the country and I will have graduated college!!!! YEAH. All I really hope for is to be healthy, happy and surrounded by the people we love!

I'm Comming Home!!!!
Get ready....I'll be home soon. Yeah!!! So I haven't officially gotten an interview for the job in Mt. Baker, because they still have to do all the paper work and call references. But I will know all the information hopefully by next week. When I spoke to the principal yesterday he said they were going to plan on doing the PE interview on Friday and the coaching interview on Saturday, so girls form the team could be there to take part. Anyway I will be home Saturday the 22nd of March and fly out on the following Sunday. I look forward to spending Easter Sunday at home with the fam. I can't wait to see you all. So free up your schedules and get ready to hang out with me!!!(sorry boy's Quinn will not be joining me for this trip, you'll have to wait till this summer...bummer I know, but I will have to do for now!).
Rachel, let me know if you can fit me into your schedule I need some help with the hair before the interview! And I will be needing to find something to wear!
