It's been so long...I forgot how to sign in!

October...WOW! It is absolutely crazy how quickly time has passed. Quinn and I have been married for 9 months already, three months away from a year! This year has been filled with new adventures and bumps in the road. To be honest I thought Quinn and I had each other figured out, but being married does feel a bit different. (in a very good way) The fall was filled with volleyball for me, then in the winter I resigned form coaching basketball, and Quinn began coaching basketball, then spring came around and Quinn was coaching both basketball and baseball! The sports world has completely consumed us and we are beyond ready for a break! If you haven't' heard from us in a while...that is why! Most nights by the time we get home we are ready for bed, dinner is even an after thought! We have learned form our experiences though and realized that saying no to things and making time for ourselves is a must. I do have some pictures from the past months but my camera is at school. We finally got high speed Internet at our house because on Friday I start my masters!!!

Life is always busy, but we are trying to remember that if we keep going at this pace, it will pass us by! Things are good here and we can't wait for the summer months ahead to spend with family and friends. Anyone is welcome at our house any time!!! Come on up:)

Take care, Mary

It's official....9 days and counting

I can't believe the big day is only 9 day's away. I just spoke to my wise sister and she recommended I start taking it all in...cause it is over before you know it. So here I go...taking it all in!

So far so good. It has seemed like a whirlwind since we got engaged. Thank God I have amazing friends and family! Planning a wedding with the bride and groom in Bellingham, parents of the bride and location of the wedding in Spokane and parents of the groom in Montana...presents it own unique challenges. Non that couldn't be overcome! For the most part Quinn and I really think alike and have the same taste..."for the most part" it is fun to see what things end up being on the others "important list". But things have worked very well. Quinn really cared about the beer and I really care about all the little details...that most people don't notice! I have truly enjoyed planning our wedding, and wouldn't trade it for the world. I am sitting here and nothing but happy thoughts run through my head. I am blown away that I am marrying my absolute best friend. To know without a doubt that he is the one for me is a breathtaking thought. I know that we will enjoy everyday together, even the bad ones. I love him and can't wait to be his wife.

Let's see tomorrow what day 8 brings!!! Love you all.....Mary

Summer update

I have been pathetic at blogging lately...I have to say it is all because of Facebook! I said I would never join and now it has ruined my reputation as a blogger! It has been a long time since my last blog, a lot has gone on...too much to write about, therefore I will spare you the long version of what is going on! In a nut shell...School ended on June 19th, I put on a two day volleyball clinic, we moved out of our house Wednesday-Friday, and drove to Spokane for hoopfest Friday afternoon. We now live in a storage unit and the Gray's house until we can find a new home!!! Did I mention I hate the transition faze of life...All I want is to be settled long enough for a place to feel like home. Well here a couple of pics from our recent activities. I have to say I love living in Washington...it is absolutely beautiful here. Although we are in constant motion...the view isn't bad when your in Washington. Enjoy...Next week we go camping at Priest Lake, ID, then Quinn goes to Montana for a week, then we are in Spokane for wedding stuff!!!! I can't wait:) All I can think about is being Mrs. LeSage in one month. I love him!

Victoria BC

Last weekend Quinn and I headed over to Victoria BC for Quinn's sister-in-law's brothers wedding! The weekend was filled with fun. We hitched a ride with Rachelle's uncle and aunt from Montana who were also taking the ferry from Anacortes. They were great and we ended up getting to spend more time with them over the weekend. We arrived Saturday and left on Monday. The wedding was probably the fanciest event I will ever go to. The castle it was at is where they just finished filming x men 3. It over looked the water and the Olympic peninsula.
On Sunday we joined in with a big group to go on a 8 line zip line course. It was amazing. I was completely freaked out at first because I hate heights, but with the help of Rachel and Tom (the other two tree hugger) I made it through and had a great time! One line was 1,000 ft long and others got up to 40 mph. It was a great weekend, from the trip on the ferries up and back and all the fun people in between:) It was great!
